What FPS are you guys getting in black ops 2? Should I be able to max it out with the processor in my sig and the 7950 with a resolution of 2560x1440? Right now I am getting about 60 fps most of the time but it goes way down when looking through the scope.

What drivers are you using?
What type of scope? Sniper or ACOG?
When you look through the scope, are you looking over a long distance?

You have to lower the depth of field to medium or low. That's why you are getting those FPS drops when ADS. It's a well known problem.

FXAA is a post processing technique, but IME it just makes everything blurry. I just keep it at 16x CSAA with FXAA disabled.
