Stay with my RAM?

Thread Starter
Ok, I'm getting a new P4 2.8(OMG, still the same) and a DFI mobo that OC 100000% better than my current mobo. Should I stay with my RAM I got now(in my CPU-Z verified thing sig, except the PC-2100 is a PC-2700), which I'm not sure they OC well, or get 2x1GB DDR400 RAM?

Yea DDR400 would do great if you wanna overclock but limits the maximum fsb you could get. I would suggest ddr 533if you wanna try and push your fsb up to 266 that is if your mobo is good enough and if you have air cooling.

Ok Then I suggest G.Skill since corsair is gonna be expensive in the PC-3200 Branch.

or some OCZ

Also depends on your budget.

Hobo on a budget. Everytime I want to buy a RAM on OCN, they always get taken first, I don't want to get 4x512MB only 2x1GB. I want to post in the Wanted stection, but...35rep...waiting.
