You would not need to bypass restrictions on your computer. All you would have to do is use your system's administrative access to be allowed to open and use programs.
There would not be any need to do this on your own personal computer. What you speak of is for attempting to bypass security restrictions on computers where you DO NOT have administrative access. This is considered "Hacking" and is the same thing as physical breaking and entering.
You might do well to take a course in Ethics in Computer Sciences.
