I've gotten hands on experience building rigs for other people...heh, I don't even need to read the source to know the results.

There is a reason why I was OK with a crossfire only board when I upgraded my CPU even though I had a single 580 at the time (Though SLI 580's are nothing to sneeze at either...but I'll take a 7870 over that any day)

My trouble is that I don't like the eyefinity/surround view stuff...or at least not on any of the games I've tried it with thus far. So if all I am gaming at is 1080p a single 580 has been doing the job admirably and I have not had anything that I haven't been able to max out. Though I think the newest game I have is BF3.

That says 1100mhz...Oh wait a second, it's black magic...BUT WAIT, that only works on the rookies...

What could this card BE that's 100mhz stock and boosts OVER 1150mhz?!?!?!

IT'S THE MAYANS!

You must be referring to this picture found here. http://www.techspot.com/mediagallery.php?f=603&sub=images&img=graphics-cards-2-big.jpg&full=true

The middle card with 3 fans is a 7950 sku. The one that is covered up has a different fin array than this card, which is the one you're referring to I'm assuming. Is that what you're using to say that the HD 7970 Ghz Edition is an overclocked model? I can't find anything else that says something different.
Found your comment here (you talk about being a business owner and Ferraris on there too) towards the bottom of the page. Can you please tell me how you came to that conclusion? I'm dying to know here.

You are correct.

I'm allowed to comment anywhere I choose and stating I'm a business owner isn't to flaunt some magic cookie, it's to state that I really don't give a flying blank about who's better...I care about a review, the concesus of people that have their own minds.

This review does NOT COVER the Nvidia OC'D or "GHZ edition" cards what-so-ever that also, ironically have different SKU's as well, imagine how that happens.

Find out what the card is they used in the test and you'll have the answer.

Btw if you own them, why do i not see your name in the dizzy heights of the OCN Top 30? Hmm....
And please stop with the "I am a business owner" etc etc, you seem to do this in every thread you post. Why do you insist on throwing that out there all the time? There's plenty of business owners on this forum and i don't see them mentioning in every thread. Throwing it out there doesn't make you right or your opinions carry any more weight than anyone else.

There's a reason why I ignored you the first time and no I don't go around toting this nor does my opinion matter more than another's...It seems like whenever I read your irronious drivel I'm reminded of why I ignored you the first time...Hrmmmmm.

Your post does not answer my question. I flatly proved you wrong, and that's how you respond to me? rolleyes.gif

They used a stock 7970 Ghz Ed. for the test. Get over yourself.

I think someone is bordering upon insanity here, making up their own points and claiming that as fact as they go along.
