We can do that as well. But Over 1.4V is all you need. Don't worry about VDroop.

GPUz already reads 1.443v, but when put under load at 1300+ on the core, the voltage drops to 1.273v. If I could get it to stay steady at even close to 1.4, I could probably hit 1350 on the core. Maybe....I dunno. Just a guess.

Yeah, the stock 290X bios file is a straight stock copy.

Copied the PT3's Voltage Info Table into your ROM. smile.gif

Have you tested it?

I will tonight when I get home from work.

Voltage settings....what should I do for voltage offset. Is there something specific I should be watching for?

Look for the max Voltage per given offset. I have some blackscreens past 1.4 on my 290.

Also observe your VRMs as the card may be getting more Voltage than it shows. That's why Droop is safer.

Cool. I understand. I'll run some tests in Heaven at 1600 x 900 so I can keep a real close eye on things in GPUz. I'll be gaming and messing around with the stock bios, but....I also want a benchmark bios. Hopefully this works, and I'll legitimately join you in the 16k graphics score club. = )
