Yup....-> what he said. Your gonna need a serious Oc on that ish' to compensate for the "appetite" of that 7950.
*my word-> put the $$ on a new cpu for now. You know when Vista and Dx10 come out full scale, prices on all the new products will come down some. *Or, buy something a little cheaper. Go for a 7900gt and Volt mod it. EVGA 7900gt's are going for around 270ish on the egg and such.
G'luck.

I don't know about the video card, I've had three people tell me it's horrible for certains things, two them said for gaming.

Suthernkid, you have a PD 920 and a highly overclockable motherboard, you could easily hit 4GHz with sufficient cooling (my 930 is stable up to 4.2 with a Big Typhoon) when you get your card, play games at stock, then see how much you can overclock that CPU, keeping your RAM in a 1:1 ratio, and see if you see noticeably higher performance, then you'll know whether or not the bottleneck is anything significant.

A bit off topic but it's easily the best monitor I've ever used, it was originally my brothers but I traded my VP191b for it and never looked back, this has so much nicer colors and the 2ms response is great.
