im on a asrock n68c-s ucc motherboard running 4 gig ddr2 667 at 5-5-5-15 speeds thinking about upgradingy to 8g ddr3 1600 at 9-9-9-24 speeds will i see a increase on this board

8GB is pretty much the gaming standard nowadays. BF3 for example suffers with 4GB. And the extra speed doesn't hurt - I'd say do it. DDR3 is dirt cheap anyway.
