oh yeah i know what you mean. I had to do a few..some of the people i used to work with did it wrong and bent the aluminum bezel. yay for adhesives! the latter gen pre unibodys started coming with entire clamshells. I dont even want to know the process of replacing a LCD in those sealed clamshells of the unibody MBPs.
i think the most trouble i had with repairing was the 12" powerbook. that was a friggen pain. I was still relatively new and i had spent hours taking it apart and putting it back together.
that and seating the LCS for the G5 Mac Pro. That required some force to make sure those things seated properly and then you had to drive those hex screws into those expanding standoffs. LOL and then you had to carefully package those things in a specific way in the return box.
