My experience with BCC was similar, and I think your negative feedback is completely justified. If you have a negative experience with a seller that isn't even trying to provide a positive experience, you should give appropriate feedback to let others know what to expect.

Hmmm. could it be that the negative feedback (& the possibility of further negative feedbacks) prompted "finding" TVera's in stock...?

No, they definitely have them in stock. The seller said there was a shortage of panels in Korea. I'm guessing she didn't want to sell them at the price she originally listed them at since supply is lower and decided to cancel all of our order.

That's my believe as well. They found out they can sell these monitors at a higher price and decided to cancel our orders at the lower price. A negative feedback is completely justified here.

I am still debating what kind of feedback I should leave for this transaction: it took them 10 days after my payment to ship out a QNIX replacement. The QNIX monitor I received was just OK (above normal backlight bleeding) However, I may need to deal with them in the future for warranty related issues and don't want to burn the bridge here. They probably will receive a very unwilling 'positive' feedback from me.

All the hype and nobody has reviewed this TVera monitor yet. Not sure why BCC thinks he can sell it at that high price. (The cost to obtain TVera should be lower than QNIX according to Korean websites.)

Well I actually got my TVERA monitor today and I've gotten many good deals from BigClothCraft.

It has about 20 dead pixels. This is the perfect pixel version too. Pretty upset about that.

We'll see what BCC does.
