Got an email reply

Dear Valued Customer,

Thank you for your enquiry and interests in our products.

Initial warranty period of 30 days should be covered by Amazon.com

for any DOA (Dead On Arrival) products.

After expiring the initial warranty period and if you encounter a problem,

you could consult us and we would provide you with a solution since

we do not provide any repairing or after service within the US region.

*This option is effective up to 1 year after your purchase.

You will be required to provide all of the purchase proof / information

before getting any service from us.

Please be noted that purchasing FILCO products other than Amazon.com

in the US which is the only authorized distributor will invalid any warranty terms.

You will get 15-20 years out of it, possibly longer.  At minimum, I'd say 10 years.
