there are legit reasons for uefi. unscrupulous companies have been found preloading malware onto windows pcs in china

I think I hurt some sheep feelings in this thread.
Unfortunately, no matter how hard you fanboys try to prove me wrong. My own experience tells me The Sheep is not smarter than an average human and never stands out.
Economical success and some kind of a "status" by having higher education while using Apple does not make a person different, or better. In fact it just proves me right by you claiming that a doctor using Apple is some "higher citizen".
A doctor or a teacher does not automatically mean higher IQ. Just means they work harder.
Besides, a doctor or a lawyer or a teacher are almost always not very tech savvy, thus they choose Apple and become The Sheep.

statistically people with professional degrees have higher iqs. they probably choose apple because 1. it's simpler for them 2. the perception of high quality 3. they can afford it. i mean if you're a professional with a demanding job, why not choose something reliable. even if the cost is higher, your time is more valuable. also, look at the tech savvy scientists who use apple products including nasa

What apple decides to call their CPU is just the same as whatever intel or amd decide to call theirs. So what if teens think they are cool because of an Iphone? Why don't you complain about Coach bags? Or Seven jeans? It's the same exact thing, you would know that if you bothered to follow current trends. Teens are generally mindless sheep anyway. And why you care so much about highschoolers is beyond me, will we be seeing Chris Hanson interviewing you?

double post. You are long enough on here and should know this by now.

What I meant they are ingenious because they know what the average person wants. That does not mean that I prefer the simplicity because I prefer calling RAM RAM and calling an A5 an SoC. (For example) I honestly have no idea what a coach bag is and what seven jeans are so I can't compare. I also have no idea who Chris Hanson is. Also, Intel and AMD call their CPUs CPUs last time I checked.

Why I care about highschoolers is because I'm part of them I sometimes feel like I'm in a room with a bunch of idiots saying they know everything about technology because they own an iPhone.
