Silly question about Fans

Guys

I have an external RAID expander box, that box comes with two fans connected to its small board (the FAN model is SUNON ME92251V2 ) those fans are 92x25 mm
Those fans are very noisy, and Id like to replace them with better ones, less noisy.

I was checking online, and I think those fans are rated 2700 RPM,,
I dont have any other 2700 RPM fan to test,, but when I went ahead and connected a different fan on the connector (a 120mm Silent Wings 2) I hear a beeping all the time,, every half a second,, very annoying,
Same thing when the fan is disconnected.
I think the board might detect the FAN is not spinning that fast and it will classify it as 'faulty' .
(On my application, I know I dont need the 2700 RPM to cool down the Box, so Im convinced I can live with 1200 RPM FAN)

The BIOS on the external expander wont let me disable the Beep, so Im thinking what to do.

A- Leave the noisy FAN
B- Replace with less noisy FAN and figure out something to stop the Beep.
C- Disconnect the FAN and put some kind of device connected to the FAN port that makes the board 'think' a fan is spinning a 2700 RPM,, and connect the 1200 RPM fan directly to the PSU.

(I actually like "C",, but I wonder how to connect something there to trick the board into thinking there is a fan there)

Thanks a lot to any of you that can give me some ideas.

GB.

1200RPM 92MM fans won't push any air.
Hard drives that are running at 7200RPM and raid, make a lot of heat. And it's in a small box. So the fans are ideal for the small setup.

I don't understand 50% of your post.
There really isn't a question.
I don't think there is way to trick that there is a fan there. My friend's 212 EVO had a faulty fan that ran at 600RPM, sure it was quiet, but the motherboard gave an error when he booted each time. We just changed the BIOS to not give errors.
