Best Silence vs performance setup..

I want the best silence vs performance setup but I'm new to water cooling..
My system specs will (some time in the future) include 6 hdds, sli g80's, and an E6600 conroe. My case is a thermaltake kandalf.
Most likely I will need 2 pumps, res's,and raidiators..I do know that much

Would It be possible to shut the fans off on the raidiators at night cause im a light sleeper and I want to be able to leave my pc running to download large files at night.

thanks!

Also would it be a bad idea to mount a raidiator on the side of the thermaltake Kandalf?

Get a new 4x120mm Radiator and throw on 8 low-speed fans (push/pull). You can mount it on the back of your case. However, you may need to build a custom rad-box. You still should only need one D5 pump for the setup.

where are the 4x 120's sold?

wait if I can mount it on the back why do I need a rad box?

Yeah I would put that on 2 loops.. Check out the GTS rad's you can use fairly low cfm fans on them.. Hook them up to a rheostat and you can lower them more at night.. I wouldn't completely turn them off, and be sure to check your temps as you lower...Here is a parts list I just made for another guy, see if it will suit you also....Need good chipset waterblock and possibly custom WC Rig - Overclock.net - Overclocking.net

www.hwlabs.com/gen2/gtx/gtx480.htm

These are new so DangerDen and other companies may not have them yet. RadBox to mount this massive unit.

No Buddy a loop is what all you have in one circuit....Say your cpu and gpu in it's own circuit with it's own pump and rad and not connected to the hard drive circuit... Each would be independent of the other ... Or it would be one loop if you had them all in one circuit.....

It shouldn't block your ports since the rad sits 2-3in off the back of your case. Changing plugs might be hard though.
