Im probably going to get 3 EVGA GTX680 Classifieds. if i cant get my hands on any i will get 3 GTX670 Superclock 4Gb's and then upgrade when he next gen comes out to the 780's (unless the new 790's are more than 2Gb per GPU in which case i will get the 790's) and use the old 670's and build another pc. also tis is what my new build looks like so far smile.gif

obviously missing a few pieces and need to do some cable management. but other than that i think its not looking to bad smile.gif

you could wait for the GTX 780 due for launch in Q1 2013. The GK110 based Teslas are shipping to HPC customers and the Geforce version should be out in 2 -3 months. the 384 bit memory bus and 48ROPs are an ideal fit for multi monitor. it would be wise of you to wait and grab a GTX 780 SLI when its available. looks to be a massive upgrade. 2880 SP, 15 SMX, 5GPC, 384 bit memory, 48 ROPs, 3 GB GDDR5. easily 40 - 50% faster than GTX 680.

I sugest that you wait until the new cards release in a few months time, if you cant I would choose the 3 way cf 7970 better performance with the 12.11 beta drivers, better ram bit interface for higher resolution gaming, cheaper, doesnt have locked voltages meaning higher oc etc. My second opinion would be the 3 way sli 670 cheaper than 680's, better driver support, you can give them a very minor OC to make them match the 680's, it all depends on who can benefit you the most with what technologies they support that you need. I would wait as thats what I'm doing hope I have helped smile.gif

Iv found some relatively cheep 4 Gb 680's (only a little bit more expensive than the 670's and i prefer the 680 PCB). so I'm going to go 3 way SLI of them, and then I'm going to wait until July (Prices on the 780's would have dropped a bit by then, and they will have newer drivers so smile.gif ) and my mate is going to buy the 680's of me then (he wont have the money until July, and he wont have enough for the new gen cards so it works out perfect for the both of us smile.gif ).

Cheers for all your input guys thumb.gif

First Time posting on OCN and i got some good Advice and some good links to benches smile.gif
