So i recently ordered my CPU

Also I need help in buying a GPU but i don't know on what is good or bad.
Any suggestions will be helpful
Thank you in advance

It's OK, not the best for gaming. As a gpu I would recommend a 7770 or 7750 if you have the budget of around 100$.

would I be able to run games in a decent resolution such as high/max?

What's your budget? If you can go to around $200 you may be able to find a 7850 / 70 which is a great card. The 7770 would play on high res, but your frames wouldnt be great - what res is your monitor?

No but I have no idea what your budget is. Please post your budget so we can help you. The 7750/7770 is a great card in that price range. Also, will you be overclocking? What's your mobo model?

$800 USD for a graphics card, or is that for your whole build? If so, how much of it have you got left over?

Your budget is 800$ for the whole pc or the graphics? I'm quite sure it's for the whole pc but what is your budget for the graphicscard? It seems like you already have the other components so there's no point in telling us what your whole budget is.

I would suggest going with the Sapphire 7850 HD 2GB. It overclocks like a champ also. It is only $219.00 on newegg and i believe that is the OC edition because they sold out of the regular ones. It plays most games on max or ultra and it is not too loud even when the fans are turned up to 75%. It never gets over 50C in my case even with the fans turned down to 60%.

We need more info though.

Have you picked a case? a PSU? do you want to Crossfire in the future? SSD or HDD, or both? Heat sink for cpu if you want to overclock?

Good luck!
