Is it too mainstream for you?

So, what, the first time this happens it's all "it used ot be about indie games no-one's ever heard of".

The last bundle, before this, was exactly an indie bundle.

And it was never the "humble indie bundle" it's always been "the humble bundle".

Total fail on your behalf.

People always find something to cry about. They're some games on the cheap for a good cause, why do people have to over analyze these kinds of things? Nothing better to write about?

All of the martyrs can keep paying towards charity but thats just dumb.
and another sensationlist article. Seems like you cant do anything in this world without anyone putting a different spin on it.

While I don't really agree with your "screw charity" premise, I do find it unnecessary to even include a charitable percentage in the price of a video game bundle. If I'm buying a video game, I want my dollars to go to the developers so that they can keep making great games. If I want to donate to a charity, I'll donate to an organization set up specifically for that purpose.

I'm assuming that you don't choose which charity your money goes to when you buy a Humble Bundle? I've never bought one though so correct me if I'm wrong. Why not pick a charity you believe in or one that's personally relevant? Seems to me that people love this thing because it gets you cheap video games, not because you're donating to a charity. Which is totally fine. thumb.gif

Yes you went into offline mode from online mode which works perfectly. Now try booting your system unconnected and start Steam, it might work, or it might try to connect endlessly displaying something stupid like :"log in online to launch Steam in offline mode" and so will refuse to launch any game. Offline mode really only works well when you have a connection, which is beyond stupid.

AAA titles? Nearly free? Hysterical that people have something to complain about. I'll be doing $6, $5.75 to THQ and $0.25 to HB for hosting the site.
