I have decided to make a new build, since I have had a hard time deciding between the i7 3770k and the 3930k i decided to go with the 3930k and since I had to get another motherboard for the 2011 compatibility I decided to do a new build. Now the problem is I can't decide on a case, that will fit the parts right with the H100 water cooler without issues any help?

Here is my build.

ASUS Rampage IV Gene LGA 2011 Intel X79 SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 Micro ATX Intel Motherboard

SAMSUNG 830 Series MZ-7PC128D/AM 2.5" 128GB SATA III MLC Internal Solid State Drive

Western Digital WD Black WD1002FAEX 1TB 7200 RPM SATA

LG Black 14X BD-R 2X BD-RE 16X DVD+R 5X DVD-RAM 12X BD-ROM 4MB Cache SATA BDXL Blu-ray Burner

Few questions.

1: What size case? Mid or Full tower?

2: What kind of look do you want? Smooth, rough, brick shaped?

3: Price range?

1. Full size tower

2. Don't really mater though I am a fan of nice LED fans smile.gif

3. nothing over 300 dollars.

$300 is plenty for a case and fans to put in it.

Personally, I like the HAF-XM a lot. If you look at Anvil in my sig, you'll see why. But it isn't set up very well for LEDs at all.

Cooler Master: HAF 932, HAF X, HAF XM, Storm Stryker, Storm Scout II, Storm Scout.

Corsair: Obsidian 800D, Obsidian 650D, Carbide 500R, Graphite 600T.

Antec: 1200 v3, Lanboy Air.

NZXT: Phantom, Switch 810, Phantom 820, Phantom 410.

This is not a complete list by any means, but they are all good cases, and they should all support an H100.

Would this http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811133192 work well with the D14 CPU fan?

With that D14 should i be able to achieve atleast a 4.2 over clock ? or should I need to get the H100?

Installation

In general, I didn't encounter any major issues with the installation of our test system in the Level 10 GT case. In terms of clearance space for components, nothing pushed the limits of the case. The usual suspects for clearance issues with cases are CPU coolers and video cards. With CPU coolers, we tried both the Corsair H100 liquid cooler and the large Noctua NH-D14 air cooler. As the Level 10 GT was designed specifically to allow for the mounting of a 240mm radiator, it was no surprise that it fit perfectly. And the large Noctua cooler had more than enough space on all angles and sides.

So with the Thermal Take level 10 GT I will be able to install a H100 Corsair water cooling without having to remove any fans that come with the tower case? If so then I will be all for getting the water cooling!thumb.gif

I have a GPU GTX 570 SC right now and I'm not upgrading until the next generation comes out next year would much rather go on and move to the 2011 platform and be done with it.
