of those the flex and 2L use the same reference HD 7950 PCB and the excellent dual x cooler. the only difference is display connectors. the flex has a dual link dvi and single link dvi, 1 HDMI and 2 mini displayport. the flex can do triple monitor eyefinity (3 x 1080p) without a mini DP to DVI adapter. the 2L has 1 dual link dvi , 1 HDMI and 2 mini displayport. you will need a mini displayport to dvi adapter to connect a third monitor. the vapor-x is not as good as these 2 cards when it comes to cooling.

the recent recent batches of HD 7950 and HD 7970 seem to be voltage locked. so its more of a lottery. but almost every HD 7950 OC or HD 7950 boost does 1 Ghz at stock voltage. frankly at those speeds you don't need any more speed. you will max out any game at 1080p at 60+ fps.

the HD 7950 boost has higher stock voltage . so your chances of hitting 1.1 - 1.15 Ghz at stock voltage are better. but even a HD 7950(1 Ghz ) will chew through the latest games easily.
