Non-OEM copy to put on a HP Desktop? (Full, not upgrade)
I believe Upgrade and OEM are the only options. It's about $100 for regular OEM Windows 8.

There is no full version. Only an upgrade version.

There's only this sold by MS: http://www.microsoftstore.com/store/msstore/html/pbpage.Windows_8_Pro

With a disk it will be: $69.99 and without a disk it will be $39.99.

Bear in mind though that even if it's an upgrade version you can still do a clean install with it if you create an installation disk or USB installer AND most importantly it can be re-installed and re-activated without breaking any TOS like what happens with certain OEM versions of Windows.

Would using the OEM version be in violation of Microsoft TOS?
