Restarts while in sleep mode, as in it will turn itself back on randomly and resume session? Or when in sleep mode it starts back up from the BIOS with no recollection of your original session?

It literally restarts the whole computer. So I guess it starts back up from BIOS with no recollection of my session.

It could be that your system is reacting to a mouse movement, I live near a railway line and "her" office PC does "wake-up" during the night when the massive granite train thunders past...

Or your network is active, as stated somewhere in the BIOS settings an option is likely to be "live" and causing this.

IMHO

No, it plays the windows startup sounds (waking me up every time) and I find it completely restarted.

Check your system dump files and see what they have, and take it from there.

If you need help with how to get those here's the LINK

Here are instructions from severforum.com

If you have an SSD update its firmware, I tried every other component but this one and it took me almost 6 months to nail it. tongue.gif
