I have an 8 core at 1.41 @4.4 Your volts are too higfh, which is why your getting so hot, try to keep it below 55c under load. 1.42v is plenty for a 6 core. Just keep bringing it down til you fail to boot and go up 2-3 notchs

If you feel the difference, why did you ask us that question in the first place? headscratch.gif

I can't see any difference between my 3570K at 4.4ghz, my brother's 2500K at 4ghz or my dad's MacBook Air. smile.gif

Webbrowsing almost only depends on your internet and hard drive speed.
