This card is currently voltage unlocked which i am happy about.

Currently my clock is at 1050 and memory at 1400, currently the temp is 38 Degrees, what is the most stable clock and when i run bf3 in ultra i am around 55 to 56 degrees with the video card is this too high?

In bf3 i get about 60 to 70 fps is it normal for this card or should it be higher?

55 - 56c under load in BF3 is very good. you could go for higher clocks if you want to. maybe 1.1 - 1.15 Ghz . beyond that its not worth it. especially at 1080p and 60hz monitor.

you cannot enable the shaders which are disabled. so don't flash the BIOS. its not a good idea to mess with a perfectly nice card. you are already at HD 7970 Ghz performance. enjoy the performance.
