Disappointing EVGA GTX 680 card QC.

So this is what I am looking at right now.

The card is only about a month old and this is already happening? I won't be contacting EVGA since the card works fine, I just think that a $400+ card should not be doing this. mad.gif Am I just being a baby about this redface.gif?

Happens man, either put some crazy glue or send it back, I'd send it back and make them pay for shipping. Maybe you'll get a higher overclocker as well.

I bought some Corsair Platinum ram sticks and on a couple sticks, the corsair logo was semi-peeling off. Kind of bugged me considering I paid $350+ for the set.

I just used my thumb and put pressure on the stickers so it held better. Looks ok now.

Just glue it back if you can, but I totally understand how your feel.

Not Evga's fault Foxconn made the PCb and Pny the cooler.. Evga just put there name on it.

You can only blame Partner company's for non ref cards. thumb.gif

I've got the advance rma thing they offer on the card so I may contact them to send me another one out. I already pushed it back on once so this is the second time its happened. I'm going to see how well this thing OC's and make a decision based on that. It still bugs the hell out of me though.

My reference cards do 1300mhz on 1.21 volts, might want to try to push for that.

Thats currently what I am going for actually if it makes it I'll keep it and deal. If it doesn't well I'll try to get it rma'd to see if I get a better one.

Well this thing is a terrible clocker. Can't seem to get it bf3 stable, gets hot fast, and is real loud. Amazon agreed to take it back even though I had already sent in for the rebate for a full refund. I'm getting the Asus gtx 680 dc top II as a replacement.
