Thanks , but can i disable it in devices manager ?

I would NOT recommend disabling the 2nd card in device manager.

Unless you have a fancy motherboard (like mine) that has switches to disable individual PCI-Ex slots, what you should do is just disable SLI in the NVCP. It won't completely shut the card off, but that's the closest you're going to get whilst leaving the card physically plugged into the board. You basically cannot have a device plugged into your mobo without it being 'on' in the electrical sense. It would cause major problems if you did.

Newer gen GPU's do not use that much power when they're idling anyways. They're already set up to power-down as much as possible w/o causing problems.

thank you , but when i disable SLI , and the physX was set to [auto select] at the second card .So should I switch the PhysX to the current using card , or just leave it on to second card ?
