The PERFECT Real-Time Strategy Game. Discuss!

I love RTS games. This is my vision of the ULTIMATE real-time strategy game and I'd love to hear your thoughts!

Basically it's Dawn of War 3; based on Dawn of War: Dark Crusade (With a better engine obviously). Throw in the best aspects of SupCom, WC3, SC2, CoH, and Dota 2.

• Customizable UI: ie if a player knows every hotkey then they don't really need much except the minimap. should be able to move things like the minimap/etc around like widgets, and disable them for maximum screen space/cinematic battles. Also give an option to auto hide the UI bar like in Windows.
• Heroes like in Warcraft 3: give each faction a few unique heroes which they can summon, level up, and equip with items. This is the main reason I was addicted to WC3 for 8 years, and lost interest in SC2. That tiny RPG element makes a HUGE difference in fun factor.
• Tactical zoom out (With a hotkey to return to default view): actually something I really enjoyed in Supreme Commander, and it would carry over well to DoW. Also free camera rotation ability.
• Buildable walls (Cheap and fast) that can connect to towers, because they're just plain fun
• DoW 2 style maps with lots of elevation changes and terrain detail, garrisonable/destructible structures and destructible terrain
• BUT no cover/retreating like in DoW 2
• Diverse unit abilities; burrowing/jumping/teleporting/auras/buffs/AoE/stuns/ETC
• Number of factions: This is a super touchy issue. I want to say 5 is ideal for fun and balance, but a wormhole was opened with 9 factions in DoW Soulstorm. Now you pretty much must have 10 factions, but that might not be a bad thing ( biggrin.gif ): Imperial Guard, Eldar, Ork, Necron, Tyranid, Space Marines, Chaos Space Marines, Tau Empire, Elven Fellowship, Zoat or Ogre Kingdom? (Start off with 6, then add 2 and 2 in expansions?)
• Each faction has unique play style like in SC2
• Various game speeds but default pretty fast paced/intense to culture a pro scene (DoW 2 felt like SLOW MOTION)
• Tons of replay viewing options like statistic breakdowns in Starcraft 2, and live game viewing like in Dota 2
• In depth army painter, customizable banners which are flown on your buildings and stamped on units. Name your custom colorations for multiplayer. ie loading screen says: Username1 commanding The Blood Heretics (Chaos Space Marines) (banner underneath) vs. Yoozer2 commanding The Dirty Pimp Squad (Orkz) (banner underneath)
• Full clan support
• Better unit pathing; sucked in DoW 2
• No restrictions on building placement but keep buildings large like in DoW 1
• Mercenary unit/hero/item shops like in WC3, but no creep camps. Instead shops are placed at points of contention like Relics/Slag Deposits
• Advanced command queuing like SupCom
• Keep squad mechanics; weapon upgrades for squads add another element of strategy
• NO FREE TO PLAY, just a fully featured $60 retail box game, probably some expansions
• Aesthetic only DLC, with a player mod workshop like Dota 2 for unit/hero weapons/gear
• No air units
• 12 player maps
• In-depth graphics settings to accommodate the slowest and fastest PC's

Thoughts? I'm a loser but I get super excited even thinking about a game this fully featured :O
