What's the most powerful rig I could put into this case?

Antec ISK 110 VESA

I'm just curious what kind of computing power I could fit into a mini-ITX case like this? Is it possible to run an i5 in it or am I limited by power?

You can run an i7 in that form factor.

This evga board is one of the higher end mini ITX form factors

I'm not sure about how strong that power supply it comes with is. You might have to get an i3 or i5. You may be able to find a low power i7 though.
