Water loop suggestions

Hey all I am rather new to the water cooling world. Well semi new if you consider the antec 920 water cooling.

Anyways I just installed a XSPC RX240 kit. (rasa block)

So far my temps seem to be around the same as the Antec 920, a little better maybe by 2-3c. Granted the Antec 920 had some noisy fans (though they pushed a good bit of air).

I am currently using the XSPC Fans that came with the kit. Not sure if they are any good, but are relatively quiet, and is a major plus for me. Considering the Antec fans were quite loud.

Anyways I am not quite happy with the temperature results and want to improve the cooling. So what is the best way to improve cooling performance?

I thought about getting two sets of SP120 Corsair fans and going push/pull. However the quiet edition fans are relatively low flow, and the performance editions are higher flow but seems the noise is rather loud at 35dba(2350rpm) rated. The xspc fan is rated at 29dba (1650rpm) and 65CFM. The corsair fans are rated at 62cfm and the quiet edition at 37cfm.

I also looked at the Aerocool Shark Red which supposedly pushes 82cfm at 1500rpms and rated 26dba. (Air Pressure: 1.273 mm-H2O) Seems to good to be true. Anyways I would like to do push/pull fan setup. Just need to pick the fans. Any recommendations? I don't want it any louder than around 32db or so.

Also i have seen the RASA cpu block kinda sucks, I thought the kit came with the Raystorm block. (i was wrong apparently) So thinking about switching it out with the Raystorm block.

any suggestions would be helpful.

Don't get the aerocool shark's for radiators. I initially made that mistake. They really do not have the manufacturers claimed static pressure. I switched all mine out for sp120s (performance, but ran at 7v) and saw a significant drop in temperatures.

The sp120 series fans are nice, however nothing currently beats the Gentle Typhoon ap-14 or ap-15s for radiators.
