Any overclocking?

Actually, even with some overclocking. You should be fine.

Can you fill out your system specs in your profile too? Will help out later.
Plus, anything else your are running in the case? Type of CPU cooler; air/water. How many fans, a fan controller? Etc.

how many amps on the +12v does it provide. if it provides more than 30A (360w) on +12v rail then you can even voltage overclock the HD 7850 .

Quick Google review on it. Looks like it holds decent at a advertised 35A 12v rail.

But does seem to get squirly on heavy load. But, from what the OP has stated. His system "should" pull about ~375-400 on full load.

I say he'll be fine.

a single +12v rail with +21A (252w) is just too less for a HD 7850 with 3770k. so i advise getting a better psu.

+12V1 has 21A and +12V2 has 18A. Sorry i thought u asked for only 1 rail. is seasonic 620W Bronze certified enough for the card.

with dual +12v rails you should do fine. you will easily have 30A or more combined across both rails.
