Recommend me a 24'' monitor. Budget is 200$.

Hi,
I'll be buying from NCIX.com (I'm in canada, no newegg link please).

So basically I need a 24'' monitor, but i'm a little bit clueless about which to choose.
I dont care for 120hz, nor 3d, nor response time (as long as it's not 14ms+).

Budget is 200$.

Cheers!

EDIT : How's this one? http://ncix.com/products/index.php?sku=66140&vpn=RL2450HT&manufacture=BenQ&promoid=1310

What's the black equalizer and rts mode anyway?

Black Equalizer is probably for black contrasts.
RTS = Real Time Strategy. They are using that for marketing to RTS players. Marketing, all it is.

BenQ are good monitors from what I have read. Probably wont be a bad choice.

Pay a bit more and get an IPS display, and your eyes will thank you for it. Like this, but it's 23".

What's MVA?
your best bet is google mva panels. i am no genius on this subject or any other. i will say a lot of gamers used those benq monitors according to [H]ardforums. most of them switched to the vg23ah though once they heard how great it was. this is only in my research of monitors. ive been looking and delaying buying one for the last 3-4 months because i want the best performance for my dollar as most everyone on the forum here.
ive got a message out to a reviewer to get his opinion on which of these 2 monitors is actually the best of the 2. if he recommends another, i'll be looking into that one also.
my pick, get the vg23ah. its an ips, it does passive 3d(no cares about this for me), it can overclock to 76hz for the refresh rate, it comes with the 3d glasses and according to menacing tuba, it has great color calibration out-of-box.
