Use memory express, they price match any one and will beat the price by 25% of the difference and they offer a 7 day hassle free return policy. NCIX charges a 15% restocking fee and their exchange policy is not that great.

The BenQ GW2450 is good

Amazon, Futureshop and Best Buy also have good return policies.

The Asus VS239H is also a good choice, but the only review is in German. The model sold in Canada has proper overdrive (Asus calls it Trace Free), the version PRAD reviewed did not.

The BenQ is pretty good too as long as the black equalizer is left disabled (it is useless anyway) and you don't use the RTS colour mode.

The Samsung S23B300H has much better image quality and contrast than the Benq. Responsiveness is smooth.

The design is also attractive.
