Newbie DIMM question

Thread Starter
I am building a PC that is mainly for gaming and probably some overclocking.
I have an Intel DZ77GA-70K (LGA 1155) mobo and 16GB (2 x 8GB) CORSAIR Vengeance 1600 (CMZ16GX3M2A1600C10B).
Intel's site says
"DDR3 1600 MHz DIMMs are only supported by 3rd generation Intel Core processor family processors"
What processor do you guys think would be good for me? Like I said this rig is mainly for gaming so the cheaper the better.
Thanks in advance!

The i5-3570k is probably best for you. The prices are just over 200 for them last time I checked.
