Did you save your BIOS settings. Or, if you used a program, did you ensure that you saved your profiles and for the program to run on start up?

Ok - so if you go back into the BIOS now, is your OC still there?
You could just download HWmonitor and check your clock speed on there; it could just be an issue with Windows not recognising your OC.
Check the speed using CPU-z while running a load on the CPU - the Windows properties doesn't accurately show overclocked speeds.

hey guys
did what you told
i went bios and saw settings was the same way i put them b4
so i tried the cpu-z thingy and it works just fine
i guess the windows properties problem

also i wanted to ask

when i did a prime95 +Real temp test my higest temp was 70 after 2hour

is that ok so i can keep this 4.00 oc and not wory ?

Yeah, 70 degrees is fine. What chip is it? I assumed it was your 3570k in your sig, but i see that's OC to 4.2, and you mentioned you OC'd to 4.0, are we talking about the same chip?
IF you only have temps at 70C, you can try to push a little higher if you want. 4.2 is pretty easy, and even 4.4 isn't too much trouble on a 3570K/3770K, and you have some thermal headroom still. I'd be comfortable with Prime temps in the low 80s.
