I like to as the driver is made specifically and optimized for the controller rather than MS's which is made for everything and is so old. lol

Wait, do you want to run a single SSD in RAID 0? You can not, you need at least 2 drives for RAID 0. The HDDs don't affect anything.

I dont get you on this explain please.

for learning only how Samsung 840 give benchmark like that !!

Also plz advise I have now beside the 256GB drive, Samsung 830 128GB arrived late but it is here now!! is it better to keep the additional 128gb drive and make a RAID 0 to get better performance ? if yes what are the steps ? can I have my two HDD outside of the RAID ?
