I have randomly tried to overvolt 2.10 volt a stick for 1.65 volt. Now the stick is dead. Is it possible because my overvolt? My mainboard let me choose much more volt? Help me!

That's an insane amount of voltage for a DDR3 chip to run at. It's most likely long gone. No worries however, as RAM prices have come down drastically. You can pick up a new stick / new kit for a cheap price.

Do you mean fire? I didn't smell anything. It happens very fast. Either because of the overvolt or because I treated it bad.

Even if people say "fried" it does not mean there would be visible smoke/fire. A better term to use would just be "killed". Like others have said running that kind of voltage trough a DDR3 stick can indeed kill it.

Actual damage to the DIMM slot is extremely unlikely.

Most DDR3 max voltage is 1.95v. Yes you fried it. To fix it you need to try to RMA it to the company that made it.
