I own a thermaltake water 2.0 EXTREME! and I would like to add my graphics card to the loop. I have seen threads about this with h100 but is thermaltake 2.0 EXTREME! any different??

The thermal take 2.0 is not made to cool down a GPU also. Neither is the H100.
They can cool JUST the GPU or the CPU but not both. thumb.gif

I think it's called "THE MOD".

Have you seen inside of one? Look at that gorgeous cold plate. It can definitely handle both. It truly is a beautiful machine and I don't know why you are so quick to judge it. If I simply purchased a T valve couldn't I use it with both of them?

You could try but i believe it will have adverse effects. Closed loop systems are designed for one thing only, not 2, the pump in these are smaller too for there is less room. Try but you have been warned.

It's the pump that isn't able to handle the load of two systems, assuming you have a full cover block on the GPU. It's rated to efficiently run one component.

Rated, schmated. My lungs aren't rated for dense smoke inhalation, but here I am, bright as the day I was born.

You can't relate the human body and computer hardware. As stated, TRY IT. It's your money mate.

Sorry for the misunderstanding. I have made up my mind about doing the mod, but how would I do it. That is what the thread is asking. Again, sorry for the misunderstanding.

You need to take off the tubing on the Thermaltake and buy new tubing and fittings. You would need to buy a GPU block usually around $100 (AUS) If you are going to do this i would also suggest buying another radiator.
