Blue Screen Problem

I have been getting random blue screens, I recently installed windows 7(64bits) on my computer. I do have the dump files but dont know what they mean. I can post the dump files if someone can look into them and tell me whats wrong.
Any help will be much appreciated!

When your computer restarts what bsod code errors did you get? Have you been overclocking?

no I havent overclocked my computer and I didnt notice code. Is there any other way to check it?
