I was throwing out $10,000 just for PCB work, samples, a test batch. Not really factoring in molding. I think a simple single mold would be $6,000 or more. Keep in mind that price isn't factoring any new component development.

I haven't really looked into it all that much.

I think it is doable for someone who wouldn't mind throwing away their savings. Obviously, we are not talking about starting up a multi sample mold operation that will crank out mice for the mases. Having a factoring that already has done the 3090, just having PCBs made for a mold already in existence, would be the easiest/affordable way of doing something.

Depends on who/how things are done I guess. Just going high for the sake of over expectations. That being said, $2,000 or more....
