What bad things?? I owned both boards and they're both good boards but if your in a budget ds3 is the best with same overclocking capability as the Asus deluxe. Plus,The P5B Deluxe has a big Vdroop compare to the DS3

True, but if you're a abig overclocker then using D9 ram chips with the DS3 will stop you at a 450 FSB.

Gigabyte needs to change a resistor on their new revisions. Both are good, but they both have cons.

i think it depends on which D9 ram

read through and u see ppl with D9 RAMs over 450. i think just those are compatible

edit

maybe its the xms which doesnt use d9...
