I am quite positive that the 670 have the best value, out of the two. Clock for clock, the 670 are only 4-6% slower, up to you to see if it is worth the price premium though.

Thanks everyone for the awesome advice and replies. I've decided to go with an MSI GTX 670 PE.

They run cooler than anyone else (cept maybe Asus) and they look the best. Again, thanks so much to everyone who looked at, or replied to this thread.
