Generically you buy new stuff to get rid of bottlenecks (let's just forget for a second that this is OCN). Speed - wise, the bottleneck is SATA 6Gb/s, and nothing to do other than wait for SATA Express.
So the current bottlenecks in SSD is performance consistency, both speed-wise and latency-wise. I would strongly suggest the Corsair Neutron GTX. It has a enterprise controller (LAMD) and latency and speed consistency are pretty awesome. http://www.anandtech.com/show/6489/playing-with-op
The Sammy SSD is one digit % faster than the Corsair, you will not notice this in any case scenario.

I'm gonna drop my Agility 3 for a couple of Corsair SSDs after Christmas and RAID-0 them.. only then I would probably see an increase in performance.
