Probably just air in the loop. It can be a pain sometimes to get it all out.

Must be nice to go to work the job on a day off and make a ton of money. wink.gifbiggrin.gifbiggrin.gif

I hope it is air but i think somewhere is a blocked I realy put pressure on in and when i let go the flow shoot like a rocket back towards the pomps i have to find it. . I wish it was a ton but already spent half on my next order.

Tommorow morning at 08:00 my shift ends and i can go home and start building again.
Took another peek at your build "think i am going to move my flow meter to the second pedestel where the Aquero's are.

Yeah sounds like something is holding up the flow maybe. Hope you can track it down soon.

Bussy bussy,

Came home today after a 24 hour shift at the firestation.
My college gave me a old empty reel where wire was on for welding. Now i can put al my wire on it.
I also finished the pedestel and did som leaktesting "no leaks". I had to change the power for the pomps because it look like a tsunami in my res.
I turnd the pomp back from 5 to 3. Not mutch of a effect but at least no leaks,

I also changed out the cpu block for a new one. "there was a little dird in it not mutch "thouth there was more dird in it but it wasn;t".
Changed the hose for the GPU at the back for solid tubing. No pictures sorry you have to wait until tomorrow. I made 2 films forgot that i need a monkey to hold the camera instead of putting it on a standard " you dont want to look at my back for 8 minutes biggrin.gif:D" .

I wil make short movie tomorrow.
If the problem is still the same than i only can try to bypass the res to see if there is something wrong there.

And waiting for more parts "bitspower connectors to finish it all.

Lost a week on this but "what is a week". Had fun learnt a lot.

I changed out the hose out of the pedestel and put in the 12mm clear tubing again.
Did a leaktest for a couple of hours.

Because i put in two bitpower fillports in the pedestel i had to adjust the holes in the upper pedestel. Now that i got the case and pedestels seperated on the work table it is more easy to work on. At least until now. Waiting on the extra connectors to arrive then i can put it al back together and start over again with the testing of my cpu loop. Fingers crost.




Here you see the two pedestels above each other. You can see the round holes "top right" and the two bitspower stops below "that is because the radiators are not complet empty "i just draint a little to get the pressure of before i put a stop in it". I hope to finsih the connection from the fillports in the bottom pedestel to the top of the second pedestel when i get my other connectors. In the two holes in the i also going to use the large sli extenders "adjustable" and between a airrealse connector and two temp sensors "yes in the in and outgoing port".



Afterwards i can say that it is easier to work on. Because i did not have a plan for the complete build you get things like this.
A little strugle and then progress. By the time i end this build i got plenty of spare parts for my next build biggrin.gif



I was thinking to post just when i make progress but then you dont know what problems you can have. So i share also what hapens when you dont have a good plan "Murphy is always watching you and try to let you change it all".

I have a few different types of temp sensors. When i put the long sensor "Aquacomputer) on in the block it almost take half of the space. I solved this by using a filling ring and a 5mm extender this way the tip of the sensor just is at the edge inside the block and dont block the flow.

The middle one is from bitspower who i going to use in my pomp.
The top one is from Koollance.



Here you see that the sensor is almost as big as the block.



Henry dow do these temp sensors work with the AQ6 are they accurate and who made them?? I have some monsoons I thought about using??

The show the differance between in and outgoing temps. For me the work. How accurate the are i can not tell you.
I was following the discusion about temp sensors and the use of the aquero so i thouth i have to do it too..

Bad luck again.

Rebuild the complete hard tubing. the pedestel runs oke but with the block on the motherboard it is not good 1,7 liter. the second loop with 2 pomps and 2 rad is super 5,4 liter a minute.

I think i go and change the tubing route on the motherboard or try one loop cpu + gpu one loop 2 or more pomps.
for that i have to take out the second res.. one last try on changing route tubing.

Yes finaly.

If you want to now were the gray hair is comming from.!!!

Forgot one rule "never cros tubing. Sounds stupid. But i went back to the site from singularity and took a look at a build.
I changed the route of my waterblock and did a quick test. Alto quick it is already middle of the night.
But it payed off 4,6 liter a minute. So that big problem is solved "need a drinknow".
pomps running at 5040 rpm. 100%.
