Hi Henry, hope your Easter Sunday is going well.

When my computer is drained completely and refilled, it takes it quite a while to get all the air out. I usually unplug the pumps from the Aquaero's and let them run at default speeds, and I tilt the computer from side to side every few minutes for about a half hour. Even that doesn't quite get all the air out.
But tilting from side to side works best for me....I use a spare psu to power just the pumps,and I have the pumps all wired separately so all I have to do is unplug from one psu and plug into the other one.

Hi Gerald,

Thanks for the info. Tilting the system is posible "just a bit" little bit heavy. If it is a matter of time then it is no problem.

Spent a few hours on the build again.

At 20:00 there is amovie so i stop for today.

what did i do today:

- put in te ledstation (with sticky tape "on to the back of the motherboard tray)"
- making a power cable for the ledstation
- shorting the pomp wires (the are now connectect (in pairs of two) to a x-station.
- shorten two fand power cables (30 cm shorter)
- made a cut in the moyherboard acrylic cover (needed more room for the led cables\ this wasn't plant).

The system looking better avery time i work on it.
Stil have a extra day "altho 2e easter day daughter fisiting us and whe enjoy the day). Hope i have a few hours to build.biggrin.gif
biggrin.gif

Almost forgot pictures.

Yes i like spagetti too "only on a plate".

To connect the pomps i use different types of molex connectors.
If i use the push in molex connector i always solder the end of the wire.

Crapy picture but you can see.

Power cables Aquero's in "tru the above panel" also the four sata cables for my first IcyDock.

Molex connectors in for my second pair of pmps. At front hanging tree power fan cables ready to leed in the acrylic cover.

Im off mist already 6 min of my film.

Ill be back thumb.gif

The easter bunny made me do not much.

If i have it all in my head then the last things i have to do:

- installing a few usb hubs;
- making custom Aquabus and usb cables;
- 2 x power cable for the D5's
- 1 x power cable for the Icy-Docks;
- 1 x powercabl for the soundcard.

I got the info from Diva about connectors (pins out) from the side from MODDIY. There is also a list how much a cable may pull.

6 pi 65 watt
8 pin 150 watt.

What i want to now is does anybody work with these standards. Now i make mayby more cables then needed and test avery cable with the components attach to it. This way i now for shure that i am not making a toaster instead of rig.

For the people that did not look into my build i use a Corsair AX1200i
I was working on my ICY-Dock powercable yesterday and noticed that i only got 2 x 4pins molex connectors left in my box . So i orderd from my surplier "MDPC"a few to fill up the box and to complete the build.
I also orderd at E22 a few length's of 12mm tubing and the new cable clips "hope it looks good".

Talking about the traped air in the system "i notice that the fluid level went down a few mm in my reservoir" so i asume that som air got out the system.

Yes i finished another cable.

Made a double power cable for my ICY-Dock. Have to cut a half a cm of my cable cover to line up the power cable exactly.
Yes i am a happy man. Tommorow i go on with the 3 other power cables. USB-hubs are on the mail so ist the rest of the stuff i orderd. I can smell the finish.
I am going to take a look if the Asus gamers screen is already for sell.

Saturday extra shift for the build. Atleast that is going folowing plan. biggrin.gif

Hey Henry work some overtime for me, I could use the money! J/K my work days, at least my paid work days, are over.

What you going to hook up to the USB hubs? Did you find you needed more than the motherboard has?
