Its Sunday and i came back from the firestation.
Today i want to mae a start with the build of my new pedestel. After a small surge where my dustfilter are i started with the build.
With the guide in one hand and a srewdriver in the other i manage to assemble the pedestel in a short time. I al ready nowe that i need to make som holes in the top of the pedestal to pas tru the loop and the wiring (later).
Mayby its a tip for caselaps to make som extra extra holes in the top to pas tru a loop and wiring (on the front ant the back).

Because the frames of the rad are no part of the guid it took me extra time to figger out the way to put in the rad and the frame. I nowe have a picture how to mount the rest. I wil put the poweradjuster between te fans (extra cooling). for that i will ask a friend to make a special bracket so that the line up with the fans.

I think it took me about 3 hours to do all the mesurements and pre mounting.

I a short while i will go further with the build. I need to order some extra parts but that have to waith til next month. In the mean time i will do advance work (cad drwaing) for the coverplate of the side plate witch will cover the holes beside the fans.

So its nowe 18:53 and its koffie time.

i hope you like the pictures.

Its Saturday,

No new pictures doesn't mean no progress. I pre installed the XSPC RX 480 in the pedestal to see how mutch space there is left to install other items like the poweradjuster and pumps.
I notice there is a gaps ont the oudside of the pedestel when i mount the rad and the 120mm fans. Because i want to keep the dust outside i made a drawing in AutoCAD 2012 of a plate that cover the gaps.
I made a print of the drawing and cut out the holes. Yesterday i put the drawing on the pedestel and the measurements where correct. My friend from the fireservice will cut out the plate with a laser. The plates will be made out off aluminium.

more pictures late on. In the mean time i'm lookings for a shop with the cheapest price for my 12 aditional fans noiseblocker PL-2 sinds i found out that the prices are sometimes high 12 euro \ 16 euro.
