Just thought of something Henry if you have a PC at work you can get the measurements from it as they are standard!!!

Henry here is a good program to convert with it is what I use..

Convertor.zip 167k .zip file

Just put it on your desktop do not need to install or anything!!!

try to type in 5" 1/2 and 3" 1/4 . Mayby i got thick fingers but no luck. So i did it the easy way 5" and 3" and used a calculator for the 1/2 an 1/4" .

You can just type it into google now too. Type in 5 1/4" equals cm and it will pop right up.

Well... it works great in the States. I use it all the time to convert American and metric measurements.

Update 132 "making a cover plate for the quick discconects"

Verry little time today. But i need to build. So i thought do someting small. Make a coverplate for the area around the quick discconects.
Wel small also takes his time. I cut a smal piece of acrylic took over the measurements and drillt the two holes. After using the sanding tool in my drillpress i finaly got the ride size.
I still have to shorten the piece and make slope edges on it.
Like i told before not mutch time this week but i wil finish this piece.
