Depends on what you want it for.
Are you gaming?
Do you work with multi-threaded applications? (If so, what?)
Are you worried about power usage?

Only because you said you're liquid cooling it. I've got an AMD phenom II X4 955. And it's still a very capable CPU, and I've got mine liquid cooled. All 4 of the chips you mentioned are very, very good chips. However, to water cool on AMD, is a waste of money. Simply because they run so cold. If I was you, I'd get a decent air cooler, and with the money I save, get better components. Perhaps using that money for more storage, or a faster GPU.

Basically, do some research, based on exactly what you want out of the computer. There is no cut and dry answer to your question sir. All 4 CPU's will do everything, some might have some specific advantages over others, but nothing major. Price + Performance ratio is key brother.
(And don't go liquid cooling, especially if you're asking about what CPU to buy on a poll)

EDIT: I voted for one of them i7's

If your budget is allowing for anything less than a 7970 or gtx 680, then 8350 all the way. An i7 is overkill in that you wont see any noticeable differences between it and an 8350. If high end dual/tri/quad crossfire/sli is in your future, then i7 all the way.

What gpu u plan to get?

currently i am running a 8130 oc from 3.1 to 4.6 watercooled, I plan on running either the 8350 or i7 with dual 670s or maybe 7970 not sure. probably 670s because i currently have one now and love it. Just noticed on some of the benchmarks on running a i7 to a 8150 there where over a 100fps difference on the i7 favor so not sure how true it was but made me think

Have you seen this?

The new Vishera cores offer considerable gains in CF/SLI over its Bulldozer counterpart. However, in some games, only the mighty i7 is capable of eliminating all possible bottlenecks.

Intel processors are better now. Period. Don't spend the money of waterblocks unless you are cooling the best things with them. For cpu's that is Intel 3770k's, etc.
