So yeah... I measured between the spot you showed me and ground, got a red screen and after restarting I'm not getting a picture anymore frown.gif

I'll let it cool for a bit then try it again

you didn't short the connections with the probes, that would be the only reason for anything like that to happen

This can happen if you touched any surrounding spots and short them, or your DMM wasn't set to V.
Be very careful measuring volts at those spots.
You can also measure on one of these:


Much easier!

yeah i was also guessing those, when i measure voltage i always solder a small wire to prevent shorts
