Hello guys and thx in advance for helping me. Now one week i need to stabilizing my OC but not really good.. I need your help mates biggrin.gif

Ok let's go for my spec :

-Phenom II x4 955 BE (want 3.8 Ghz stable!)

-Asus M4A88TM USB3

-Cpu cooler : corsair H60

Some scrren of my BIOS :

And now my oc spec in the BIOS :

Cool n quiet = disabled
C1E support = disabled
Cpu overclocking = manual
Cpu/HT reference clock = 200
Pcie clock = 100
frequency multiplier = x19
CPU/NB frequency = x11
CPu over voltage = 1.375000
VDDNB = 1,2
Loadline calibration = 19.35 %
HT link speed = 2000
HT link width = auto
HT over voltage = 1.2V
Chipset over voltage = 1.1V
Memory Clock Value : 1333 Mhz
Memory OverVoltage : 1.50000

And here some screen of my OCCT (1hour)

I really need help plz smile.gif some Pro of phenom II x4 here?

You're almost wasting your time, just ripping on the CPU multiplier like that. unless you're running something that ONLY uses the CPU.

I'd lower the CPU multiplier to 18. Then increase the CPU/NB multiplier to 13x and run the HT multiplier at 12x. You'll see a much greater performance increase like that.

One thing to remember with Phenom II's, is it isn't about how much you can process, it's about how much you can access. So you'll see a far greater increase [in performance] clock for clock by increasing the speed of the system memory and the IMC. (CPU/NB)

Plus, your memory is relatively slow, only 1333Mhz, so unless you have VERY tight timings, or running at 1T instead of 2T, you aren't really doing much in terms of performance, by going too much above 3.2. That is of course you're concerned about three things. E-peen, benchmarks, or something that ONLY uses the CPU, like compiling a program or something.

Your voltages look good there too buddy
