Go into the BIOS where the Overclocking Options are, if it has them, and put the Vcore up to 1.300V and the FSB clock up to 300 and their is a 2.4Ghz start. Then bump her up to 350 and their is a 2.8Ghz. If it won't boot, put the Vcore to 1.325V and try again. Make sure to keep the RAM under 800Mhz and lower the RAM Multiplier if you need to.
Then Google search PRIME95, download it and in Windows use it to Check the Overclock to see if it is stable. It should be, but all CPU's are different.
i know this isn't exact steps, but i am not real good with MSI motherboards but Intel Overclocking is my passion
by all means post more questions and i will do my best to help
