SOLVED
RAM problem.

Hi,
After pressing the power button for the first time, the CPU fans and case fans are spinning, but Power light on the front panel is not lit up.
I already try some troubleshoot like this post :http://www.tomshardware.com/forum/261145-31-perform-steps-posting-post-boot-video-problems
I think it is the CPU is not powered up or working, but not sure.
I only use one stick of RAM for testing, in the slot recommended by the manual.
The power cable are connected but I don't know if any power is going in.
Power is going into the DVD drive.
Using display port on the motherboard now.
I think the front panel cable are going in the right slots, at least the power button is working.
I don't have a master speaker now.
I'm going to try removing everything by the CPU and HSF, when I get a master speaker.

By the way is the CPU activity LED the connector called PLED+ and -?
Does which plug you plug the wire in PSU with a single rail matters?
Is there power differences in PSU slots?

Are you sure you plugged in the CPU power connector? I had the same problem

(right next to the cpu above it)

Yes, I did plug something in it. I not sure if there is a special spot on the PSU for it. I think I'm using the right cable.

If the fans are all spinning do that mean the motherboard is fine unless bent pin?

I'd reseat your ram mate. I had this where there was no boot and no beep codes. Reseating the RAM worked for me.

Yeah, sounds like you haven't plugged everything in correctly. Make sure it is then retry.

There is NO CPU activity light on any case of any front panel. There are two lights; Power and HDD.

When the system turns ON, what beeps do you hear? How many beeps? How many short and long? Google the beeps or look in the manual.

What error code numbers you get on your LED lights?

What mobo do you have?

PLED+ and -; is Power light on your case that shows that the PC is ON. This is NOT, i say again, this NOT a CPU activity light.

Unplug all the wires for the case from the mobo except for Power button. Boot the system again. Does it boot and do you see a BIOS post screen?

If you do not have HDD or SSD of any kind or type connected to your mobo, then HDD light will not be On, and will not show any activity at all.

Both the Power and HDD light are off, they never light up. I have try replug them before.
I have a SSD installed.
I don't see any POST or BIOS screen.
The mobo is P8Z77-V LK.
I have try replug the 8 pin beside the CPU multiple times already.
I don't have a speaker yet. but I bought one from newegg. http://www.newegg.ca/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16812201032
I will try unplug everything but the 24 pin(mobo power), 8 pin(CPU power), power button and speaker when the speaker arrive.

edit: by the way thanks for point out that Power light is not CPU light.
