- Room Temp is 21 °C.
- Idle Temp is 34 °C.
- 45min of Pime95' use Temp is 70 °C !!!!!! However Prime95 didn't give me "errors" in its report.
I met your same problems to find the right software to monitor Cpu's Temp. Now I'm using SpeedFan (last release).
Is 70°C a normal Temp? Is it safe?
I like videoediting so often use software like Nero Recode to compress old AVI files.
But in this case i do not feel relaxed to leave the pc works alone. As you know a conversion takes time and i cannot stay in front of pc all the time.
I hope someone can help me.
Sorry for my bad english :-(

With the stock cooler, that's to be expected. Before I got a watercooler, mine would idle around 40C and under load, run at 70C.
Now under load it tops out at 40C.
